PINK DIP-DYED HAIR: TREND ALERT!
Dip dyed hair has been on and off the scene for what feels like forever. Every summer the ombre style is seen on many heads for that perfect ‘beach-babe blow-ou’t but it seems dipping the ends of your hair in bleach is soooo last year!
Demi Lovato showcased her new PINK (yes I said pink!) dip-dyed ends on the US X-factor and after doing a little digging, it seems she’s not the only one in Hollywood with the backbone to dye the ends of her hair a rather shocking colour. Sporting the look, in a chic and fun way, was Lauren Conrad who went the whole hog to achieve the look! (paired with a fabulous studded collar blouse dress may I add!)
For me personally, I’m still undecided as to whether it is tacky or cute but it’s definitely a twist on the usual blonde dip-dyed ends. A girly but grungy way of switching up your hair for summer… but maybe try pink hair extensions first before turning your hair pink because lets face it, it seems like a recipe for disaster.
