For their couture shows last season we were rather surprised to see the likes of Christian Dior and Chanel put trainers on the forefront of their collections. Since then, rocking a pair of trainers with your party dress has become uber cool and now trainers have been lifted in their style status.

Wear them on the streets, with your ball gown or even a pencil skirt, this footwear trend has many an appeal and is much welcomed by the work wear crowed who have longed for comfy shoes to acceptably wear to work!
