CELEBRITIES GOING CRAZY OVER THE NEW APPLE WATCH
The long awaited launch of the Apple Watch has finally come to a close with the product being on sale from earlier this week. That said, in the celebrity world, a handful of high-profile Apple fans have already got their hands on the coveted watch.
Beyoncé became the latest celebrity to endorse Apple's newest arrival, wearing the watch with a solid gold band while attending the Coachella Festival last weekend and promoting personal images on her Tumblr account. She joins an army of music megastars who have broadcasted their love for the watch via their social media channels - including the likes of Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, and Drake.
Fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld is already wearing one too, having been spotted owing one in gold, as seen on the Instagram account of his bodyguard Sebastien Jondeau.
The Apple Watch was launched for pre sales earlier this month, quickly being sold out on April shipping dates, but it can be tried on in Apple Stores and London's Selfridges by appointment only. The Daily Telegraph reports that the watch is on course to become Apples "most profitable product line ever".
