WOULDNT YOU CARRY THIS PICTURE IN YOUR PURSE?
What a great festive season it was and the presents keep on coming! Some girls might be hoping for a pair of trendy sandals or stylish stilettos, but I would much rather be at home in my old slippers admiring Mr David Beckham’s new add campaign for H&M from the glossy pages. Did I not say it’s for his new underwear range? Well, now you see why this is the best possible present.
It’s not the first time the 36-year-old LA Galaxy midfielder strips down to his undies - his adds for Emporio Armani left us hoping that his passion for fashion wasn’t a one time thing and, luckily, turns out that Beck’s football skills aren’t his only talent. Now he can also add a “designer” to his impressive CV.
Beckham worked closely with his design team to produce a collection of nine pieces inspired by his own wardrobe. The line is designed not only to please the eye, but also to meet the high standards of the fashionable footballer.
"Collectively with my design team we spent time working on the feel, fit and style to ensure the product is not only something I would wear but one which I would be proud to put my name to," said Beckham.
Undoubtedly, his name would sell any item bearing it. Personally, I can’t wait until February 2nd when the collection will be in stores to buy some new boxers for my boyfriend. Let’s hope he’ll look just as hot.
