THE GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL 09 - FASHION FORWARD FASHIONISTAS

Wellies, parkas and mud? Errr no. Wellies, ripped jeans and cropped shorts? Yess! That’s right were talking about the Glastonbury Music Festival 2009 - the place to spot the fashion forward fashionistas, even in the mud and ran!

Wellies were no surprise, but the fashion trends spotted this year were cropped shorts and loads of fringing (we told you fringing was big news!). Ripped denim was also hot on the agenda, another trend that has taken the celebrity world by storm.

But whilst the usual Kate Moss seemed to be absent at this year’s festival, models Lily Donaldson and Daisy Lowe were there to lead the way in fashion; Lily with her sheer top and denim shorts, and Daisy with her fringed number and cropped tops.
