FESTIVAL FASHION
The first weekend of Coachella just recently wrapped up, leading the way of the year’s festival fashion. Festivals are the place to unleash your inner hippie and this year is no different. If you want to be on-trend at the festivals you surely already have booked this summer, do as the celebrities - go for print.
Print was seen everywhere at Coachella, led by tiger striped fashion from Mulberry’s autumn/winter 2012/13 collection.
Several celebrities were embracing the look as seen on Emma Roberts, wearing a tiger printed Mulberry playsuit complete with a brown wide brimmed hippie-style hat. Kate Bosworth was another celebrity who showed up in a tiger striped piece by Mulberry. The fashionista styled the printed top with black shorts and black studded shoes. Dree Hemingway sported a Dolce & Gabbana chill-print crop top and full skirt and Vanessa Hudgens also showed some skin in a cropped printed top, cut-off denim shorts and a hippie flowered headband.
Print was worn in all shapes and sizes at the celebrity filled festival, and so it is safe to say that you will look the festival-part if you mix your outfit with printed pieces for the many festivals you are hopefully attending this summer. I know I will.
