A BUN BAR BY ANDRE COURREGES

Andres Courreges, a French fashion designer known for his ultra modern designs and innovative ideas and shapes is now surprising his fans one more time with his interest in hair!

In 1965, Courreges replaces hats from his fashion shows by bright colours wigs. Today, 47 years later, in 2012, the fashion house is inviting their clients to enjoy a new ‘Courreges’ signed hairstyle with all sorts of buns and wigs.

Every Thursday, for a month, the Minute Chignon Bar (the minute bun bar) is open for all, attracting women of all ages to the Parisian 8th district, for all kinds of buns and hair care. The Saloon offers different types of buns, ranging from the simplest, and the minimalist to the larger and most extravagant, all proposed by capillaries experts and professionals of the house of Christophe-Nicolas Biot. A house that has been in favour of natural approaches to hair and hair cares since 2010 in their saloon on Rue St. Andre des Arts in Paris.

Two French fashion and beauty masters have come together to create a little luxurious bun bar where Parisian women can enjoy being pampered by experts and having a avant-garde looks. Created by Christophe-Nicolas, the bar offers three types of packages the Attachment and Nature bun, the Cocktail Party bun and the Sophisticated Lady to satisfy every event and every woman’s need.

This bar is highly recommended if you happen to be in Paris during June 2012, however for the rest of us, adopting the bun style for a night out, or a day at the office is a must! So if you can’t enjoy the Courreges/Biot care, then get inspired and Do It Yourself!
