If the Wizard Of Oz is your favourite movie and Nicholas Kirkwood your dream designer, then this is your lucky day! You have probably guessed what I am about to tell you, yes Nicholas Kirkwood will be designing a shoe collection inspired by the new film Oz The Great And Powerful.
Teaming up with Selfridges, the real size Disney inspired shoe line will be featured in the Oxford street department store as part of the Shoe Carnival launching this spring!
Expect to see yellow bricks from the original Hollywood film in the window displays but also inside the 540,000 square foot store with original costumes and the special shoe collection!
Starting from March 1st till April 21st, the shoe carnival will host iconic shoe designer such as Rupert Sanderson and Charlotte Olympia to name a few and some exclusive pieces to buy or should I say collect?!
So to all shoe lovers, be the first to enjoy a fabulous experience and drink some of the shoe inspired cocktails, and who knows you might even find your lucky pair!
